Easy to use
Product was easy to put together and does a great job. I lost a handle on my first trip and customer service replaced the product quickly. I am very pleased with the product and service.

No problem putting together and stable
I had no issues putting the carrier together. It's stable but I mounted it a little higher by turning the hitch around. Makes it a little more difficult to put the wheelchair in and a little more difficult to put the wheelchair in. have no stability issues with the carrier. I have issues with the hitch insert which has nothing to do with the carrier. When you buy the hitch adapter make sure it's a good fit. Mine is a sloppy fit and it moves around. I'm going to look into a new one. This has nothing to do with the carrier. A hitch adapter is usually less than $50.I do use a couple bungee cords just to ensure nothing can happen to the chair. This is common sense and nothing to do with the carrier. I just don't fully trust the hold down arm at high speed. I do have to get a cover for the chair because I live in a rainy climate. The cover should have tie down options. I'll update this if I an find a better hitch and hospitals the new adapter or modifications work.

Taking a bit of work to adapt this to carry a small electric ride 4 wheel unit
I am building a flat ramp out of aluminium mesh bolted on to the unit. It locks into the horizontal position for travel but slopes down so I can drive up on to it. I will post a photo soon.It is strong enough to carry 80 kg because that's what I weigh and I have tested it. It can carry me. My electric ride on 4 wheel scooter only weights 25kg .

Very heavily construction, hard to assemble and install on car...
Only possible to carry wheelchairs that have large back wheels,Some chairs or walkers have four small wheels and thus do not fit. With a little work, I had to make adaptive wheel carriers, in order to make the unit more versatile.

Stabilizer bar is too short for 22" Wheelchair with arm rest
Assembly was straight forward, however there are two issues, first, the stabilizer arm tubing that holds the wheelchair in place is too short for larger wheel chairs and wont engage the set screws on the lower support, second there is no anti-rattle clamp included for the hitch receiver, otherwise the material and design look solid. The kit needs to include an extension sleeve for the stabilizer tube or the tube needs to be longer, I picked up a 16” piece of 1-1/4 steel tubing and it fit
