You'll have to get a large most likely because of your cup size the top area and arm area is way smaller then the rests of the dress. So like the waist and bottom with be more baggy and the dress will be relatively long on you. From that info I guess you'll have to choose what more inmortant having a fitted dress that you might need to wear a tank under incase you can't button it or being able to button it but not having fitted dress. It ends up not looking as cute like in the picture it's almost more librarian looking.
