**Q: How small do these go, what is the inches for tie & cumberbund ? Trying to fit petite women with 26-28" torsos & our necks.**
A: Smallest waist adjustment is 29 1/2.....neck tie is about 12"

**Q: What material are they made of?**
A: Its made from a polyester fabric.  It is a satin finish....looks like a silk.

**Q: is there a matching "self tie" bow tie for this cummerbund?**
A: The Bow Tie is already tied and has the neck hook that you can adjust to your size.  I really like this set better than the other expensive set I bought t the store.

**Q: How small does this fit?**
A: I wore the black and had to let it out all the way.  The bow tie was a little small for my liking!
