Works great on my fine short hair

I have to admit that I have never used a flat iron before so have nothing to compare it to :) I found it really easy to use: the manufacturer has taken the guesswork out of the process - no need to switch between bajillion different settings and temperatures... that works for me! I don't know how it would work on coarser curlier hair, but I have medium wavy hair and this iron gets it straight and shiny.The included brush is also very nice and can be used on wet or dry hair.

Not a good quality. The cord was thin. The iron got very hot on the outside.

This flat iron comes with a very long cord with a swivel end. It has an on/ off button that lights up blue when on. It heats up quickly and does a good job straightening the hair. My hair is straight and fine to begin with but this really helps tame fly aways.There is no temperature control or lock.I do like the built in loop at the base of the plug which allows me to hang this up and out of the way of the little ones while it cools down.The included brush is a nice size too.

It heats up fast and evenly. Flat irons my hair well and is very easy to use. It’s comfortable to hold and works well. The brush included is good quality and a good size. Recommended

Overall, this hair straightener works pretty well. It heats up quickly, and does make my hair nice and straight. I do have to go over the same spot several times in order to get it perfectly straight, which is not always ideal, but it works fine otherwise. This would be a good straightener to start out a teenager on and is priced well.
