Just sent a WhatsApp message with details and it was perfectly delivered. Really happy with the purchase. Thanks, Vasu Arts. One small suggestion is sending a model picture before actually making the item. It would be very helpful so that those who ordered it would know what they are about to receive. Even though my order was made and delivered perfectly, I was always anxious about if the name would be printed correctly or if all the customizations I asked for is done well or no. So, reducing one star just for that. Other than that worth the money.
