This machine is well designed working fine and accurate on the count of the billsMake my office time more easyI decided to buy it because the reviews said it last longer and I can see the machine is well done with a little bit of maintenance you can use it for years

Bit of a learning curve from our prior machine. Works well when used properly, lol.

I grabbed two of these in January 2022 for a really heavy cash business. It's being run for at least an hour a day of bills being taken in from the public. All we have done is wipe it and use a high pressure air spray through it to clean the gunk/dust out once a week since purchase. However in one week it gets filthy. It has now been a little over 3 years since purchase and being run as described. I am just now starting to have issues with one machine missing a bill or two while counting every day or two. I am back here to buy another one because honestly the value this provides for the cost is substantial.

It is a pretty easy machine once you are used to how it works. So far, the count has been accurate with both sorted and unsorted bills. Initially, there were a few times when the bills would get jam and I had to open the back to remove the bills. I have not had to use tech support, yet. When things get jammed, I just reset, straighten out the jammed bills, and feed them through again. That seems to work fine. I have been able to clear the jam and continue the count, a few times.There are quite a number of features. Besides having the total bill count and amount, I love the detail of the number of bills for each denomination.Overall, I think it is an above-average product and expect it to be so for the price. Accuracy-wise, it is top. Ease of use is above average.

We have had it a couple of months, really like the speed and features this unit provides. Great for our small business, takes min of 15 minutes off our morning and evening close and no finger pointing on counting accuracy. Estimate will pay for itself in 3-4 months.Things we find we really like about the unit:* You can load the bills in manual mode and it will wait until you press a button for the count, our other unit grabbed the bills as you were putting them in the hopper and sometimes would misfeed if you didn't let go exactly at the right time.* You can do mixed counting, so we load up all the bills, it'll count them and tell you total and number of bills, you push a button and it will tell you exactly how many 100's, 50's 20's 10's ... were counted.* You can do batch counting, it will count a multiple (say qty 10, 20, 25 etc) of a single denomination, this will also stop if for example a 5 gets mixed in somewhere with the 20's, very handy to make sure no over or undercount.Con's:None really noted at this time

I have 2 of these and both jam frequently and give false readings for counterfeit bills even more frequently!
