First thing you notice is the lovely Damascus style pattern on the blade.It's full tang, weighted well and exceptionally sharp out the box.For the money it's great value and has been my go to since receiving.The presentation is lovely and even comes with a padded blade cover, so not to get cut by accident if stored in a drawer.No faults or anything I can say in the way of negatives. Highly recommended!

This knife is a well-weighted, sturdy item. It features an attractive, Damascus style, steel blade and a triple-studded handle. Out of the box it's razor sharp and comes with a protective sheath that still allows storage on a strong, magnetic holder without impinging in the blade. Great value for money and a solid, great to use chef's knife.

I was looking for a knife suitable for cutting vegetables and meat initially, because the other ones I currently use are like a workout. This knife was quite impressive, its razor sharp and cuts through fruit and veg like butter, also it is usseful for me as I have difficulty applying lots of pressure to cut meat. I have also washed this knife many times and have not experienced any rust whatsoever. I would advise people to use this knife carefully under a solid chopping board. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and cooking has never been this fun.

Compared with all my other knives this one is a true luxury. I gave it my toughest job I do when cooking - cutting pumpkins. I use this vegetable a lot as part of my healthy diet, and cutting it is always a struggle. This chef's knife managed wonderfully, sliding nicely without being stuck. I like the sizing, it is neither huge nor small - just the perfect size. I've never had any knives with pattern designs - looks nice. Very satisfied with my purchase and hope is stays this sharp for long.

I couldn’t wait for this knife to arrive…I’ve struggled for years to cut meat with awful knives that a sharp for about a week and then useless. This knife is AMAZING!! It will stay in its fancy case in a cupboard since it so so dangerous to leave just in the cutlery draw but wow…best knife I’ve ever used, felt like a chef slicing through my beef joint today as if it was butter. Would recommend to anyone whose sick of the full on cardio workout that comes with carving meat…I’m a carnivore so this is gonna save me SO much time.

Ottimo prodotto. Bello del design ma anche molto pratico nell'utilizzo. Attenzione molto affilato. Da apprezzare il fatto che il coltello viene consegnato in scatola di cartone robusto e con un proteggi lana da utilizzare dopo l'utilizzo del coltello. Molto soddisfatta lo consiglio vivamente.

Das Messer ist super! Es schneidet Obst, Gemüse sehr scharf und sicher durch. Dabei liegt es sehr gut in der Hand. Der Stahl macht einen sehr qualitativ hohen Eindruck und rostet auch nicht. Ich benutze dieses Messer täglich und möchte es nicht vermissen. Alles geht so viel einfacher mit diesem Messer.

Ik heb er nog nooit mee gesneden en zal het waarschijnlijk ook nooit doen, maar damascusstaal is zo mooi. Een genot om naar te kijken. Ik gebruik voorlopig de messen in het ladenblok en kijk naar dit mes.

Che dire? Ottimo coltello! Leggo tante recensioni che dicono perda subito il filo. Nulla di più falso, vi spiego: essendo una lama estremamente sottile, dovete trattarlo con attenzione, non tenendo l’affilatura a contatto con metalli o ceramici e vedrete che durerà. In ogni caso i coltelli vanno affilati periodicamente. Avete mai visto uno chef avere un set di coltelli da urlo senza un attrezzo per affilarlo?? Io personalmente no! È chiaro che non stiamo parlando di un victorinox, ma vi assicuro che al suo costo, non troverete mai di meglio!
