Very effective, have been using these for quite some time, would recommend tbem.

Pretty sensitive formula so not too harsh when you inevitably get it in your eyes. Seemed to be working when I was using it nightly but I haven’t been lately and I notice a difference.

I've been using these for years but it always felt like I was just barely keeping up with the problem. Then my brother (an MD) came down with the problem (my Dad had it too) and he put me on to two solutions. 1) Avenova Antimicrobial Lid and Lash Solution + eyelid washing pads -- this combination is clearly better because I can go days before needed it again. 2) He explained to me about heated eyepads and the technique people use to express the oil from the eyelid. You use the eyepad to heat up your ducts to make it easier to express the offending oil (possibly using wrong terms here but that's the concept). He bought me a USB eyepad heater. I've been less successful with that only because of laziness....and because the Avenova is 10x than the results I would get with Ocusoft. Ocusoft is fine. I still keep them around. But they only worked in the moment without long-term benefit. With the Avenova, I feel like I'm getting ahead of the curve and the blepharitis isn't as much of a problem. Anyway, I encourage you to search on youtube about this. Lots of people with various treatments, so after years of just using the Ocusoft, I realized there was more to learn.

I am giving this product a 1-star review not because the product itself is deficient, but because the pads came in a tiny box, which can only mean the pads are also tiny (compared with the ones I've been buying at CVS). I ordered the same item from CVS.com, and they came in the usual "normal" size, so I will order from CVS in the future. Perhaps the tinier pads are supposed to be purse-size, but this makes no sense to me, since the normal size ones are small enough to fit in a purse or wallet.

This is a wonderful product. My eye doctor recommended that I use specifically the OCuSOFT Lid Scrub "Plus" Pads product twice a day (at morning and bedtime) every day. He instructed me to use these on my eyelids in place of washing with soap/water with a wash cloth. This eyelid scrub makes your eyelids feel so good and clean. It does what it says...cleans, soothes irritations, moisturizes and refreshes. It cleans away what I call the :"sleeper crumbs" and crust in the corners, helps clean away the gunk that forms and builds up on the eyelids. Even better the "Plus" Scrubs have kept away my stys. I used a box of the original Scrubs once when I couldn't find the "Plus" version and they were okay, but my eyelids did not feel as good and clean, and my stys started coming back. The "Plus" version is definitely better. I highly recommend this product.
