Too expensive
This oil is not worth the price it is being sold at. Other massage oils that are effective can be had for much less

I bought oil to help with joint problems. It has an amazing fragrance & generally feel it works for joints. It makes an excellent massage oil. It was more expensive than most massage oils, but smells so lovely that I would buy it again. I expected the oil to warm up more due to the chilly ingredient, but I guess it works without feeling overly warm. I would definately recommend to anyone with joint pain or people who want a high quality oil that has a really relaxing effect.

This product does its job and the delivery was on time and perfect. I don't know why people complain over the smell. I love it. It is very herby and spicy. My man seems to hate the smell but loves how it feels. I also don't understand the burning people are talking about. I used stuff everywhere, including my private areas and I don't feel the intensive burn that people describe it as. Maybe because my own body temperature is so low that the sensation of this warming oil is actually pleasant and not so hot for me. I tired it on my love and he seems to have the same problem, though his body temperature is higher than mines. He doesn't like the smell. He says it is too strong. I love it. I have to be careful and dilute the stuff when I'm around him. The oil does a great job at softening my skin and I notice that my skin has improved since I brought it. I am switching between two brands though. I use this on some days and on other days I use Dr. Bronner's lotion, so the mixture of different natural oils are having a positive effect on my bodys' ability to renew its skin cells. I noticed that the tiny lines around my eyes and nose are disappearing - making me look younger than I did when I was fifteen. The effects could be the teas I am drinking on a daily bases while using these products, and the fact I eat healthier than most people do has something to do with it too. I love the smell and texture of this stuff. A little goes a long way. I am 4ft 10inches tall and two small pumps are enough to cover both arms. A very small single pump for the face. It really does smooth onto the skin without drying so quickly. After a while the body seems to suck it all in. Very thirsty dry skin will drink more of it. LOL My body seems to love it and my skin finally found a moisturizer that absorbs so well into it. Almost all lotions and oils I had used don't absorb too well into my skin. They make my skin feel sticky and heavy, as if I'm covered with a thin layer of honey, and not the sexy kind of honey either. On top of that, my skin starts producing dirt clumps, maybe because I live in a filthy city, but those other big brand name lotions always seem to produce those dirt balls on the skin no matter what. Ewww, I know, I'm sorry for the graphics, but I thought I share more information to help those with similar problems. Anyways, I don't get those horrific sensations when using Badger's Ginger oil and Dr. Bronner's All-One lotion for body. As for what it does to the muscles, I think it has more to do with the actual massage that my feet are getting that seems to do the job of making them feel better, rather than the actual oil itself. I do 2-3hrs workout on the air stepper switching settings on the machine and changing the speed of my movements, so my feet do ache terribly after a workout. There are days I could only 30 minutes at a time before I can't any more. I figure this oil would help ease the aches and pains, getting me to work out longer than just 30 minutes. It is my first choice due to it being a brand that is natural and doesn't test on animals. I read the reviews and most of them describe this product as being too hot, which I like for aching muscles. I figured this would warm up the feet good and keep them from hurting during and after the air stepper. I don't feel the heat or high temperature that the other buyers seem to be experiencing. If I were to feel the heat of this product, than I can say that this did its job and that it assisted my muscles from aching any further. It is not a horrible product. It just didn't have enough heat for it to work on me. The heat of this product is so low I use it as a facial moisturizer and as a personal lubricant (feels good down there). I love the smell. It is strong at first, but as the skin absorbs it starts to smell sensual and arousing (organic smells of herbs and spices; things of nature, brightens up my mood). This oil is a great pick me up for those depressing days and nights. The lingering soft smell, after full absorption, takes me back to Big Cypress and away from the nasty smog, sewage, factory and artificial garbage smells of Miami. Badger and Dr.Bronner are my best friends now. No more stickiness, bad after lotion smells or dirt balls on my skin. Added information: I have light pale skin with mixed ethnicities and heritages from mainly three different continents - South America (which includes countries from Central America), Europe and Asia. Last year I had really bad allergic skin, everything would activate my skin and cause me to itch like crazy and have blotches and rashes all over. Stress would exacerbate the would event. I then used calming meditation techniques, stopped eating poorly, exercised again, lost some weight, started to use this oil (as well as Dr.Bronner's products) and the skin problems stopped. I still get some events of blotches and itchiness, but the itchiness is minor compare to last year and the rashes are gone. I have normal skin now. I also noticed, as well as my life love has noticed, that the large scar from a deep, wide surgical removal of a potential cancerous neoplasm I had since 2011 was now a small mark. Towards the end of last year, that scar used to be a dark pink/reddish color, 1/2 inch thick by nearly 2.5 inches wide scar (at keloid stage) and now it's a light brown/beige, less than 1/4 inch thick by 1.75 inches wide scar (at hypertrophic stage and getting better) upon using oils and lotions from Badger and Dr. Bronner.

Somehow, the best face oil !! I bought it as my body-oil after the shower. One time, my night serum was running out, then I started using this as face oil before go to bed. And actually it hydrates my face so wonderfully !!! In the morning, my skin seems very happy and no reactions. I guess my skin loves its simple mix of organic oils, no chemicals. That means, I can use this massage oil for both my body & face. Thanks Badger :)
