Puritan's PrideVitamin C-500 mg with Bioflavonoids & Rose Hips 100 Caplets

I have always preferred fish oil vitamins A & D over other derivations. This is about the right ratio for A & D, Many supplements sold today don't include adequate vitamin A, since it's got the "this can be toxic" banner over it. However, I've heard of folk taking much more than the single capsule of A with no ill effects. Personally, I use this with my multivitamin to give me a bit of added A & D. It's inexpensive, and perfect for that.Puritan's Pride has been around a long time, and has an excellent reputation.

These have no after taste and are very easy to swallow.
