Just take one a day with a full glass of water and your on your way to getting the full benefits of this vitamin. Yet, most other vitamins recommend that you eat a meal first and then take the vitamin with a full glass of water. So, I consider Sanatogen A-z to be very convenient in this regard and a excellent multivitamin all around!

If you read up on the subject of health you will realise the importance of not just vitamins in your diet but minerals. Some vitamins cannot even be processed in your body properly unless you have sufficient minerals to aid the process. Modern food is factory farmed and the fields are almost devoid of natural minerals for the vegetables to pick them up. When drinking alcohol for example your body dumps vitamins and minerals into the gut to be able to deal with the poison you are drinking. Many of us don't get all of the daily nutrients we need, regardless of how good our diets are, there will still be gaps here and there. I picked this supplement in particular because Iron and zinc was something I found hard to incorporate into my meals. Zinc plays a major role in maintaining male health (not exclusively), and feeling tired? You may not be getting enough Iron. Always consume with meals/fats, and avoid consuming simultaneously with caffeine sources as it interferes with the absorption of certain nutrients. You don't have to give up your morning tea or coffee, just pop the pill 10-15 minutes after as your meal would not have been digested yet.

The number of reviews where people expect to take vitamin supplements and wake up a week later feeling amazing is astounding. The one particularly misinformed reviewer who expected his vitamin tablet to be his 5 a day and never eat greens had me extremely worried. As I never ate breakfast, my dear old Mum left a vitamin tablet and a glass of orange juice for me in the kitchen every morning since I was around 12. Thirty years later I still do the same routine with these tablets, I've never had a cold, let alone the flu. They are for maintenance and good health which is really noticeable after time.
