Q: it arrived today and I tried to make coffee and left it on the stove for about 45 minutes but no coffee was coming out. what should I do?

It usually brews within 5 minutes. When you start it is in 3 parts. Fill the bottom with water. Put the coffee into the middle filter section and fit filter in the bottom section then screw the top on tightly and place on the stove on high. All the water in the bottom is forced through the middle level with the coffee and ends up on top. Again, on high heat it should only take about 5 minutes.

Q: How can I order a replacement seal for this? Mine has worn out after several years of use and I lost the spare that came with it.

I sent an email and never got a response. I ended throwing it out. Which was upsetting because I loved it!

Q: Where can I find a replacement 6cup funnel?

Dude, just fill it with water up to the bottom of the perferated hopper which you put the ground coffee in, don't screw the top on too tight, it's a really good coffee pot and seals easily.

Q: can you use any kind of espresso grinds?

Yes. Finer grind makes a darker/ denser cup. Larger grind lighter cafè. Don't pack the fine grind too tight or the safety will blow.
