I ordered these for a friend despite some negative reviews on packing etc. I was waiting for them as the delivery was scheduled for a later date. I was excited when they arrived and opened the box to see them. Inside the box it was a disaster. Three cups of the six were broken and one saucer was chipped. The packing of the box the cups and saucers were in was horrible, the dividers were flimsy and unprotective though I feel this was from the manufacturer in China not the seller although the seller should have checked the box before sending. The seller had packed the shipping box well. The quality of the cups was not as expected. They were smaller than expected with tight handles. These items were returned for a refund. I was sorry for this because I loved the pattern on the cups I chose and the company had a great selection of patterns to choose from.

This is a very nice item. I have ordered these beautiful tea cups and saucers more than once. They met all of my expectations. I use this set and others for tea parties where guests take the cups home with them. These tea cups have Violet's on the outside of the cup and even some on the inside. Durable and dainty.

perfect and beautiful and the price was right!! I put it in a organza bag with a tea bag inside and wrapped the flower shaped holder for Jordan almonds around it !! it looks so pretty for my bridal shower tea party favors!!!!

We bought it as a Christmas present for my mother in law and it arrived with a broken piece on one of the tea cups.

I needed an inexpensive set of teacups for favors for an 8 year olds birthday party- and these were perfect for that purpose. They are pretty and look "elegant" and delicate, but they are really pretty sturdy. Not 'fine china' of course, but what I wanted and expected.
