I bought it couple of days ago.for second time that I used the water comes from whole of the lead!!!!it doesn’t worth at all

It keeps the the tea hot for a long time.

Zojirushi makes really good products. I wanted a glass lined carafe for morning coffee that was also easy to dispense the coffee. This hits the mark with the push down top to allow coffee to flow and press it again to seal the heat in. This was pricey, but worth the money. Easy to rinse out, including the top. Some staining of the white plastic interior of the top but I’m ok with that. The interior glass gets stained from the coffee but adding a little bit of dishwasher detergent and fill it with water, let sit for an hour and use a bottle brush to remove any stubborn coffee stains, rinse and ready to go. Never immerse into tub of water! Recommend to anyone who wants hot coffee that’s easy to use.

I needed to replace a 20-year old glass lined carafe that finally bit the dust. So many carafes now are stainless-lined and I know from our coffee maker that these don't keep anything hot. I am thrilled with this Zojirushi for a few reasons; I love the pop-top for pouring. We make tea in this during the day and hang a paper tea infuser bag inside. Having the ability to pour without taking the top off is huge, and it pours perfectly. I can make tea at 3 in the afternoon and it is still very warm (not boiling) the next morning. Even though the outside is all plastic (including handle) it is beautifully finished and high quality. The price was very reasonable for the quality. Would highly recommend! I purchased a black one and it is matte finished. Nice.

I was looking for a vacuum carafe for my home office so I can sipping tea all day without running to the kitchen to get hot water multiple times a day or giving up because being lazy. I had a few Zojirushi vacuum bottles and those are so far the best in terms of keeping water warm for an entire day (I refresh the water on a daily basis.) I saw the other reviews about leaking - well, my bottle doesn't leak a drop, if unfortunately other buyers got a defect they should claim it for a replacement or refund, but that doesn't represent all bottles have leaking issue.
