Hi, Denon DJ support here! We recommend connecting Alto Professional's Bluetooth Total receiver to the XLR mic input located on the top panel of your X1850 Prime mixer!

Q: does it control virtual dj software?

Sorry for the late advice. It absolutely does. In fact, I found it more integrated than I expected. I came from a Reloop analog mixer with external Denon interface but when I introduced this with the built-in interface, I found the cross-fader, channel levels and I think EQ to be fully integrated into like functions within VDJ. Latency undetectable. I think some of the affects integrate as well. Anything not integrated will be part of the post-interface analog bus. If you chose to switch from DVE to, say, phono, you lose nothing. All features then become analog directly controlled by the mixer. Worth noting that I love this mixer! I think you will feel the same way. Solid with great features. Good luck!

Q: How this mixer works with serato dvs?

Denon DJ support here! The X1800 works with Serato DVS, and there is a walk through guide that goes over the setup. Uncomparable Sound

I had been doing a shootout of DJ Mixers and this came 2nd on my choices to be the best sounding output. Effect was completely different from DJM 900 and was more happy as i my effects are not the same with other DJs (LOL) If you ask if the DJM was on 1st? Nope you are wrong as it was the opposite of 1st.

Love it, this Mixer is incredible, I am a professional DJ from the oldschool days of 84 thru 92 x NY and this Denon has it all. I bought the whole Denon Pro Series and am convinced lb.. x lb. Best bang for the $
