I bought the 12 inch and 8 inch versions of these pans. At first they seem very high quality. However very quickly the non stick coating began to peel away on the 12 inch pan. I returned it and was sent a replacement. Then a few months later the non stick coating began to come off the 8 inch pan. I submitted a warranty claim and this time was told they wouldn't help because it must have been treated harshly.This is despite me telling them clearly that I take extremely good care of them, they have only ever been used with silicon utensils, and they are carefully hand washed with a soft silicon brush and mild dish soap. They asked me many questions about how I care for the pans, which I answered and sent photos of my utensils, my dish soap brush, even the dish soap I use! All of which they completely ignored.They did offer that if I would send it back at my cost they might change their minds, but that first of all would cost me a lot to send it back half way round the world with no guarantees, plus I would need to replace the pan anyway in the weeks it takes to do that.For how much these pans cost, I don't expect them to fall apart within months of purchase, and I certainly would expect a better warranty coverage.I would advise to avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

Less than a month of usage, 10-15 omelettes later and it’s already sticking. Zero scratches, still practically brand new and only proper tools used, as instructed. I am not happy!!

They are heavy and well built. Look amazing, but it takes 20 min to clean a pan that cooked scrambled eggs. You are not supposed to use steel wool or anything else other than foam or a wash cloth...those dont work. You need to boil vinegar and water to loosen what ever before it will clean and even then it ot doesn't want to come off.I dont EVER write reviews, but I felt that I needed to for these because I paid over $ 500 for the normal set and then another $500 for 2 large sauce pans. For that price they should clean themselves. The cheap set we replaced from Walmart was able to clean with just soap and water and took less than a minute

I've used this pan every single day to make eggs. Absolutely no issues and the eggs turn out perfectly. I mix 5 eggs in a bowl, add garlic olive oil to it, and then whip it. Adding oil to the egg mix instead of the pan maximizes surface area so every bit of the egg mix cooks evenly.I hand wash immediately and everything comes off instantly with a scrub brush. Easy peasy!Update Jan 2 2019:Still amazing. Still the best pan I own for eggs!

For the amount of money this costs you would think it would be almost indestructible. We've had our 10" non-stick Viking pan for less than a year and we've always babied it. It does not matter what you do stuff will still stick to it. We have the professional cast aluminum pans from Viking and they are much better than these overpriced pans.
