I love it and the frame is really nice and worth it. Mine did not arrive broken. It arrived in good shape. I really love Pearhead products because of all the wonderful keepsake items you can have for baby. I haven't used, yet, but I will once I print out my baby's ultrasound item. Keepsakes like this are precious and will proudly and lovingly be displayed in my home until I'm an old lady.
