I want to use this to create a pond 1 foot deep, how big will the pond be??

The fabric is 10' x 15'. For a one foot deep pond, you could build up to a 8' x 13' pond. Remember, this is not liner but the protective material that goes under the liner.

What are the actual dimensions of the sheet?

My screen says it is 1 x 1 x 1. Granted, that would be a little small for 150 square feet . . . .

Can this be used instead of a hard liner so I can create a pond in the shape I want it to be?

No. this is just an underlayment. You will need a rubber pond liner on top. This helps to prevent rocks etc from tearing through the rubber liner.
