The shelves have brackets on them that snap into place on the frame. One of the brackets was missing from one of the shelves. I emailed Vecelo for a replacement bracket. They emailed me & asked for more information, which I provided the next day. It has been over two weeks, I have emailed them 5 more times and called them to find out what was going on. They have not responded.

I received them damaged. One had so many issues I have to use it with objects that are not too heavy (blue cubes). Though I was able to make it usable by adjusting where I put the shelves that had been damaged. I used the undamaged pieces to make a bookshelf. Overall I made it work and it looks great. One of the frames was damaged as well. It was crooked. I am super disappointed for how much money I paid. I saved up for a long time to get these. I don't have the time, money, or energy to send them back. It would have been super easy to assemble if I didn't have to figure out which pieces to use, and parts weren't melted.

The hardest thing about assembling this is taking it out of the box. It is very sturdy and the shelves are fairly heavy. The shelves snap onto the wire shelving. Pay attention to the horizontal snaps go to the back of the unit. The shelfs are more gray than brown, the pictures were a little misleading. It worked perfectly for me because it was almost the exact shade of the flooring in our dining room. It holds a lot with a good footprint. It is a little over five feet high and has five shelves with a fair amount of space. I really like it. I didn't like the fact that after I purchased it, there was a coupon for money off, but overall it was still a good value.

I am so pleased with this bookshelf. I got it for cookbooks in my kitchen. There really is no assembly to it - just fold the sides out and plop the shelves in place. It's that easy. I am impressed as well with how sturdy it is - my cookbook collection is heavy - but I can tell this shelf will hold up for years and years to come.

This bookshelf is stunningly beautiful! I want to get one for my other room too! It sets up so easy. The shelves snap into place. It is one of the prettiest shelf’s I’ve seen. My teenage son has two in his study and displays books and other display items on them.

Very easy to assemble- had it done in less than 5 minutes. Also very sturdy as it is holding (with no stability issues) about seven 2-3” thick nursing school books and then some. If I had a bigger space I’d definitely order another one to put next to this one. Highly recommend and would buy another in the future. 👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered two. I have not put them together but it looks fairly easy. One came broken on the top right. I don't want the hassle of returning. It's an easy fix with a zip tie I hope.For the money and what I need it for it's a lot better than the small weak bookcases I have now. I have some heavy books.As a stay at home mom , these are fine for me . Fast and easy is what I look for. Wish it wasn't broken but what are you going to do when you can fix it and it's done.
