Perfect garland added my own baubles and feathers looks perfect 🤩

After it being delivered to the wrong address and my husband had to find it this morning in this storm Bram today. Don’t waste your money it’s full of sharp wire which is dangerous to children also could scratch furniture and paintwork. The lights wasn’t working the box it came in was wet because of the storm so maybe that’s why the lights don’t work. It’s the worse garland I have ever seen. Looks nothing like the picture

Cheap and cheerful, battery lights, quite flat even when bulked up and no where near as dense as the pictures. Usual Chineses knock off in Amazon. Poor quality but length and colour is as describedz

I ordered two snow tips garlands. Ive found these of good quality. Look quite flat but once opened up and the branches fluffed up they are really nice. I add some acorns, baubles and lights and I think it looks fab. Value for money.

It arrived quickly is the only good thing I can say. I ordered 2 of them and they came in 2 packages. I opened one but instantly knew that this is not what I expected. The picture looks like it would be fully and good quality and it was absolutely the opposite. I packaged it back up and requested a return on the same day. This was accepted but only 1 returns label was sent. I taped the 2 together and sent it with evri. 2days later I received one back as they had snipped them apart. I have tried to contact them and ask for another returns label for the 2nd package but the responses were as of they hadn't even read and understood what it is I wanted. They just said be patient for your refund. I have tried numerous times to explain the situation but I received a message now 3 weeks plus on to say that as the product was not defective then I was not eligible for a refund????? This is after they accepted my return and received the product back???? The post does state free 30day returns so I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service that I have received. They need to change the product photo as it is not as advertised. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, ITS APPALLING.
