DIRECTIONS Wash your hands. Remove the applicator from the packaging and screw the medication to the applicator on the threaded side. Pull back the prescribed amount using marking. After 3 months of using an estrogen cream (Estrodiol) 3 times a week, I got really tired of having to clean the applicator each time. I didn't even know you could but the applicator in bulk and one day it dawned on me to look on Amazon! So glad I did! They work exactly like they should and screw on as perfect as the original one the box came with. Very happy!
