this is my first time trying a iron gummy, and i will say the taste does get worse as you eat them more often. sometimes it can taste so bad i want to gag, but im assuming thats just what iron gummies taste like. I started taking them february 20th and they expire may 20th. so i would say get as needed. i seemed to have more energy than i have ever had.

Always a plus when you get healthy vitamins that can be easily ingested especially when they taste great. Get this bundle package because of the value buying in bulk. Remember...only 2 a day and although it taste like candy, please don't abuse eating too much!
