Very effective.
These work so well to clean in between teeth where gums are receding or where you have a gap between teeth. My dental hygienist recommended I use these...haha he won't be seeing much of me now since they clean my teeth so well. Less tartar build up. The thicker ones are less prone to getting bent but you can only use the right size corresponding to the gaps in between your teeth. I have the thinnest ones for tighter gaps and those ones get bent too easily.
