Good quality of the book and delivery service
The book has arrived 3 days earlier than expected date of delivery. Very well-packaged, good printing and paper qualities. The price is also very friendly to developing countries. I can’t wait to read the book. I think I definitely will enjoy reading it. Thanks, Amazon!

Excellent advanced echo textbook with some limitation
This is a great book for experienced echocardiographer who wishes to update his/her tool kit: detailed explanation of 3D echo, newer measurement methods such as myocardial work and LA/RV strain, expanded discussion of tricuspid regurgitation (having a new hammer demands search for new nails), AngioVac for vacuuming intracardiac junk. Even the usually sleep-inducing ultrasound physics chapters- I was surprised by how successful these contributors were able to convey the joy of ultrasound physics. The who-is-who in the echo world are here, except the book's major competitors, Mayo Clinic and University of Washington. The book has some weakness: (1) no coverage of COVID; (2) minimal coverage of AI + echo; (3) no discussion of recent attempts to address limitation of ASE diastolic guideline (large number of indeterminate), and special diastolic situations (e.g. what to do in atrial fibrillation) mentioned in the guideline (that will be on the echo board exam) are not discussed. (4) echocardiographic calcium score/ aging changes in echo and correlates with coronary CTA , (5) congenital heart disease sections have shrunk (maybe pediatric cardiologists are now taking care of adults?) (6) multi-modality emphasis of recent ASE guidelines (many echocardiographers also read cardiac MRI). (7) (Nit-picking alert:) page 590 tricuspid stenosis table 108.1: the contributor mistakened mitral stenosis rating for tricuspid stenosis: there is no ASE/ESC rating for tricuspid stenosis severity, and the cited paper by Dahou A (JACC Imaging) from Rebecca Hahn group did not propose a new tricuspid stenosis rating.

Terrific educational resource!
This newest edition of the ASE's Comprehensive Echocardiography is an invaluable resource for the both the novice and advanced echocardiographer. The book is well organized and superbly illustrated. The chapters are short and manageable to read. A terrific resource both for clinical consultation as well as for studying for the Echo boards exam. The large number of supplementary videos are extremely helpful for understanding dynamic cardiac anatomy and pathology. Must-have for your Echo library. Highly recommend for cardiac imagers of all levels!

Fantastic Resource!
Fantastic resource! The most recent edition of ASE's Comprehensive Echocardiography is definitely a must have for echo board preparation - in addition to clear, concise teaching it also includes guideline recommendations. It is also a great comprehensive source for trainees and practicing echocardiographers. Of all the echocardiography textbooks I have read, this one is truly the best. Strongly recommend for all cardiac imagers.
