According to the package...active ingredient is Dimethicone 1.2%...inactive ingredients are Cyclopentasiloxane, dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, silica, tocopheryl acetate, trisiloxane. Hope that helps

which is better--silica in this or corn starch in lanacane for makeup priming on oily skin?

This silica makes your skin super smooth and soft, not sure about oily skin because I do not have a oily skin. It's just smooths out your face, like softness and smooth

If I wear this to a water park, will it last after getting wet?

I have never used this product in a swimming pool - but it does take soap and water and "scrubbing" in the shower to get it off - so it might stay on after just getting wet.

Does this have any kind of protective seal or something guaranteeing it was not messed with? Because mine don't have anything! It's just open!

Other than the box it came in mine didn’t have a protective seal.
