I bought this at a local vitamin shoppe for all I heard about that what it can do for prostate health.. so I started to take 2 full table spoonfuls every morning on my oatmeal.. it actually tastes pretty good mixed with the oat meal.. I'm sure I'm receiving benefits to my prostate.. but I can attest to one thing for certain that it has helped and actually cured... I'm a weight lifter and about a year ago I injured my right arm lifting.. and for the last year I have been dealing with sever joint pain in that arm, so bad it would keep me awake at night. I have seen sport injury doctors, taken prescription anti inflammatory meds, hot rubs, cold rubs, ice .. you name it. I lived with that pain everyday. Since I started taking the Pumpkin seed oil.. that joint pain is now GONE .. even after a workout I feel no pain... it works.

I have diabetes 2. I don't take insulin. Instead, I eat healthy, at least 50% raw vegetables. Lots of seed oils. Pumpkinol is fantastic. Vital nutrient based product with dozens of nutrients, polyphenos, E, iron and important essential fatty aids. It's dark color speaks mightily of it's health benefits. It's a food as well as a supplement. I also recommend you read Natural Cures for Diabetes by Dr. Cass Ingram. Diabetics need a lifestyle change. More raw/less cooked meals. This supplement is well worth the cost.

Up front, this product does not taste good. So be ready with a chaser after your dose. But, it works great for the prostate. Every other review talks about how it works great and is great for the prostate but they never say what it does for them. Well, for me, I can tell it works because my urine stream actually comes out with more force and easier AND I and my wife have noticed a significant increase in seminal volume. I take 2 table spoons a day along with my multi-vitamins and drink plenty of water but this product was what I was missing. Once you get bast the taste, it is great!
