Does the ink well unscrew? How is the red band removed to allow the usage of this pen-brush?

Another tip. When the ink runs out you can twist off the handle and remove it's top cap (the seal is in it). When taking it off the cap it will be connected to a straw (actually two with one inside of the other) . Leave this alone and take the handle and fill it with your own favorite ink. Place straw and cap back on and screw the brush on and get back to work. I go through about one or two of these every year or two before it clogs up.

How do you use this pen , I'm a bit confused since I never got one before I tried shaking it but that didn't help😰

I was also confused when I first got the pen ^^;! I ended up squeezing the long black plastic part of the brush to get the ink into the bristles and that worked, but I'm not sure that's the correct way to get the ink into the brush. Be careful not to over-flood the bristles! Also, the first few brush strokes are a little watery :). Hope this is helpful to you!

How do you clean this or what do you do when you finish up writing/drawing with it? I don't want the ink to dry out. Newbie here.

Put the lid back on tightly much like you would a marker. You don't clean it, nor do you clean to change colors. if you want a different color, you buy a new pen with the desired color ink in the barrel - though I do keep pretty empty ones, and keep the lid on tightly to keep brush supple, and dip them in my own ink. I like this thin/thick brush action that much.

Bon pinceau à cartouche, encre soluble à l'eau

Stylo pinceau très fin référence Pentel FL2F. La cartouche d'encre noire est soluble à l'eau (water based) mais résiste très bien aux feutres à alcool. L'encre très fluide a tendance à migrer dans les fibres du papier. Pas évident d'encrer. Dommage car la résistance à l'alcool des feutres à alcool est très bonne. Si vous utilisez des techniques d'aquarelle vous serez en zone de confort, car c'est un bon complément pour les parties sombres mais sachez que l'eau va dissoudre l'encre. Pour une résistance à l'eau préférez le Pentel FP5F. Sinon ce style pinceau est adapté à la calligraphie, et à la peinture. Le débit du pinceau est bon, on peut avoir différents effets suivant la vitesse d'exécution, ou la pression exercée sur le pinceau (plus ou moins large).
