For long-term storage; fresh curry leaves can be stored using one of the following options:Rise and air dry with stem on, once dried remove the stems and store leave in air tight container.Rise and gently pat-down the leaves (to remove excess water), place leaves in a freezer bag, remove air and freeze. Make flavor oil and store airtight container.
