Men's 14330 Specialty Tonneau Watch with 3 Textured Leather Strap Set

Just got this watch today and I’m very pleased with it. The other past reviews were generally very good so I expected to be pleased - the couple of bad ones I think were the result of big time unrealistic expectations. I collect watches, probably have 50 or so, some high end Swiss and some not so much. This watch closely resembles the art deco Franck Muller style which I’m fond of - but not enough to pay in the thousands of $. Having 3 leather bands is a nice touch - especially because they have a cool pin design so you can change them without any tools. The colors are all well done - gold tone isn’t too shiny so doesn’t look cheap, detail on the face is very nice and I love the blue numbers and hands. The look is dressy but it’s fashionable enough to wear casually as well. OK I stretched a bit giving 5 stars for water resistance and accuracy, will update after a while. Fact is, I’d be happy to check and adjust the time occasionally and other than a few drops of water while washing my hands or some dishes, I won’t be getting this one wet. I’d highly recommend this watch if you like the style, the appearance very accurately portrays the product I got.

I bought this Invicta Tonneau watch last fall. The watch is quite eye catching, and it's a large watch as well. I don't know if this is the right watch for a person with a thin wrist, but it sits perfectly on mine. I've received many compliments on the watch. I think the low price of the watch, combined with the quality of the crystal and the watch's beauty, makes it a steal. Invicta uses Seiko movements in their quartz watches and the watch keeps time as well as a standard Seiko quartz watch. I've read some reviews which complain about the quality control of Invicta, but no watch company has perfect QC. If your new Invicta watch doesn't work properly the movement may have to be replaced, which would probably run about $20 for the new movement plus labor (if the watch was no longer covered by the warranty). I have never had a problem returning products on Amazon, I bet they'd happily refund your money if you were unhappy with the purchase. My condolences to those who have had bad experiences with Invicta, my experience with them (I own 3 Invicta watches) has been wholly positive.

I absolutely love the look and feel of this watch. As others have commented the online pictures do not do the watch justice. I tried to paste some photos that I took to show some of the finer detailing on the face but couldn't figure how to include them in this review. The case has a wonderful look and finish. The face is visually interesting and attractive in a classic way. It is a large watch, but I think that the "rounded" rectangular case handles it's size better than a similarly size round face. The watch pairs well with dress or casual. The bands are well made, not cheap appearing. They swap out very easily by sliding a small pin on the back side which releases the band. The brown band has more of a cordovan look. I wasn't sure I'd wear a "blue" band but it is very dark and complements the blue dials/numbers on the face nicely. Some reviewers have commented on the smell upon opening the box which I believe is due to the tanned leather and disappears very quickly. The leather is slightly stiff initially but after several wears quickly molds to your wrist. I purchased this watch for myself but the boxed set would make a wonderful gift. The watch and bands are set in a dark velvet casing that itself is nicely presented. I've had the watch 2 weeks now and it has kept perfect time. It was very easy to set - just remember to set the date first, as suggested in other reviews. I feel the watch is a great value for the price paid.

This watch is as gorgeous as the pictures show. A high class product that will please you 3 times over. My two favorite features are the 2 extra straps that give the watch triple versatility; and the lovely blue tint on the hands and numbers. Im a white-collar, pin-stripe kinda guy and this watch is a lovely complement to all my outfits! I have one small peeve with it that prevented me from giving it a full 5 stars. The crystal (glass face cover) has a slight curve to it that makes viewing the face from an angle a bit challenging. Its kinda the effect you get when looking at someone wearing very thick lens eyeglasses. The curvature also brings a lot of background reflections into the face, especially if there are strong lights around. This is not something you will detect from the pictures on the site because those were taken square-on. But in use it was a bit off-putting since you have to flick your wrist to look directly at the watch to avoid the distortion you would get otherwise. Its not a deal-breaker for me, just a minor bug. Otherwise this was a splendid purchase which I will treasure for many years!

I really never intend to test the water resistance of this watch so I did not rate it in that category. As far as looks, it is very stylish and definitely wrist eye candy. However, on a personal note, my wrist are thin and the tapered band width gets stuck in the buckle before securely closing. In size, this is one big watch which takes some getting used to. I do find the time dials a bit difficult to read. It would greatly enhance the item if it had a glow in the dark or illuminating feature. Generally, I am pleased with the purchase. This is an attractive timepiece with an attractive price tag and accessory package. Well worth the money.

It comes with 3 different colored straps in a beautiful show box. They are each elegant and make matching this to your outfit in the office or out and about. They bands are leather and once you break them in a little bit they develop their true size. Easy to store extra bands when not in use. The face is beautiful as well. It’s a great watch and I was lucky enough to get it on sale
