It will help to eliminate cramps in my legs and is good for my heart health.

In the last few years, I've become prone to getting muscle cramps, like Charlie horses, in the middle of the night. I started taking magnesium and that helped in general. But I still had a problem: If I had one or two glasses of wine before dinner, my calf, shin, and/or foot muscles would spasm and wake me up in the middle of the night. NOT fun. When I had my last physical, I noticed my potassium was at the lower limit, so now, if I've had a little wine, I take either 1 or 2 tablets and it seems to really help. This Solgar supplement is definitely effective.

I take meds that make me lose fluids, very important to replace potassium for heart & to keep muscle cramps away. no side effects either,great product & yes it works.
