Dorman 03309 Exhaust Manifold Hardware Kit Compatible with Select Models

The product itself is great (except for the price) if your doing both manifolds make sure and get two of these. If you have access to a welder the simplest way to remove the broken studs is to use it.After you've finished cursing like a sailor trying to remove the hidden dipstick retaining bolt, and stopped bashing your head on the fender trying to snake out the drivers side manifold.Use the welder to put a few nice tack welds on top of the broken studs ( until it's about 3/16 higher than the head surface) Then place a nut over those tacks and fill the inside with a hot weld. The heat will help loosen the galvanic corrosion, and the weld wonts stick to the aluminum heads.If you can, use an impact on a low setting to shock the bolt, making it easier to remove. Drink 10 or twelve beers to celebrate your frayed nerves, busted bleeding knuckles, and greasy and rust filled mop you used to call hair. Then begin the re assembly ( if your nerves can handle it )

Was able to do passenger side pretty easily, driver side will take some time. These bolts are great, torque is 18ftlbs (216 inch lbs) dont over tighten! They are also done in sequence have a look on Google, take your time check them all multiple times to ensure they are all torqued down properly

So left in pic is Doorman and right is Mopar I’m scared to remove the manifold as I noticed the Amazon ones are much smaller and the site will not allow me to return said items. Not good

Used this hardware kit and Remflex gaskets on my 5.7 Hemi. Everything you need is in the hardware kit. Get one for each side.

Worked for my 2011 Jeep with the hemi.Knowing that you have an exhaust leak means new bolts a new gasket and to shave the exhaust level again.
