I bought this product to help me with supplying my body with better nutrients and to boost my immune system. I've been taking the irsh sea moss for two days so far but not as the bottle instructed me to, which is two capsules with breakfast and two with dinner. I only been taking two for breakfast. Capsules are pretty big and I hate swallowing pills since I was young, it is bathroom friendly. But I've also had light- headaches, cramping and period like bleeding since taking the irsh moss...I looked put the side effects and the effects are bleeding, hypotension,cramps, infections, diarrhoea, dizziness, light-headedness and fainting. Also says not to take if pregnant or breastfeeding, I should have looked up the side effects before buying. Don't think I will continue to take it.

Awesome no taste easy to swallow energy Bm regular and I don’t. Have to take so many vitamins because this one have over 90 vitamins in one alone. Also helped my BP and skin glisten.

I bought this product because of the health benefits but also in this form (Vegan Capsules) because I didn't want to taste the product. This was the PERFECT solution.

Initially there was a problem with the delivery. USPS reported that a delivery was made, but the delivery was not made until 5 days later. No fault of the seller. The problem is that the product was delivered in a plastic bag without labeling describing contents with details and/or information about the seller. This is very unprofessional and not appreciated. The capsules that this product came in are made of a hard plastic which easily break open which suggests age. Not advisable to ingest. My only reason for reaching out to this seller was because they use Dr Sebi in their advertisement. My advice is for the seller to remove Dr Sebi's name from all of its advertisement to lure prospective customers, and make changes to its overall approach to being a seller on Amazon.
