I like this hair dye, I've been buying it all the time for several years now, it doesn't spoil my hair. I like the color and it's very easy to use.

Even after keeping the colour in for over 45 minutes, my gray hair did not absorb the color. Very disappointing , waste of money

Excessive oil flows out of the colouring content tube when seal is opened. Indicating something wrong. The product bears a manufacturing date of Jan 2025 though and shows expiry date Jan 2028. This is not expected from this manufacturer L'Oreal nor its from seller Amazon. Please check urgently for its route causes and rectification. Also advise what should be done with the product?

There is something wrong with this hair colour. It is supppsed to be dark blonde and my hair came out almost black. I have used this before- a few times- and it was always fine. But this time the colour is all wrong.
