Yogi Raspberry Passion Perfect Energy Tea (16 Count)

I absolutely love all of these Yogi brand teas. If you went searching through my cupboard you’d find such a wide variety that you would think you were at a supermarket. I recently found this particular flavor, and as I’ve been looking for something to increase my energy and productivity at work, I figured I would give it a shot. First of all, it’s a little bit sweeter than I expected, but not in a bad way, as I don’t need to add any sugar or stevia at all, it’s actually great on its own. Now, for the energy part. The tea definitely gives you a boost, but unfortunately for me, it’s not quite potent enough on its own. It works great as a post lunch drink for me. Seriously, even if I ate a whole turkey at lunch, if I had a cup of the tea in the afternoon, I’ll be awake till like 11. At any rate, as everyone well knows, Yogi products are fantastic and usually get the job done. I definitely recommend this tea, as it really does give you a perfect boost of energy. New go-to! I recently started eating healthier and stopped all artificial caffeine replacements and noticed a tremendous drop in "energy". (Energy in quotes since it wasn't a healthy energy more like jittery energy.) I also stopped eating wheat which can cause a drop in energy for a bit while your body adjusts. I have trusted Yogi in the past for relaxing teas and also detox teas so they were my first search for energy teas. I actually make my tea incorrectly (microwave water then sit tea bag in it for 5 mins) so I'm not even getting the full effect yet I'm still in love! The taste is great for tea!I drink about one cup at 9am and have increased energy well past lunch. I actually have added some coconut oil to it to give me a bit more energy to work with as well! I have noticed that the energy is much more "clean" than what I was getting in the past from 5 hour energy drinks and such. It does not leave me jittery (unless I drink too fast like anything with caffeine will). I drink it over the course of 1.5 hours so towards the end it does get a bit cold but that doesn't matter to me. I am definitely going to repurchase, I actually got the "vanilla spice perfect energy" flavor over the weekend so I'll see how that matches up! I recommend to anyone who wants energy but not jitters or that sick feeling you get when you drink red bulls.

Have you ever thought of clean energy? You will find out once you have this. The raspberry version is not as bad as my preferred Vanilla Spice version of this tea. It does taste great, but I rather have a taste that is more reminiscent of drinking coffee. However; this product does work no matter what flavor you try. I highly recommend it. I kind of feel that this tea is a great replacement of Coffee because I do feel that I crash with coffee and not with this product. You usually add sugar to your coffee which it will also make you crash. If you have this tea you don't need to add any sugar because as I read in the ingredients it does have a little of Stevia, which is a natural South American plant which leaves are sweat.

I would give this product 5 stars except for 1 tiny thing...there is a small staple for the string to attach to the tea bag. I'm a composter and it's just one more thing to remember. I know it's possible to make this without the staple because I also get the Vanilla flavor and there's no staple. Both flavors are excellent and a wonderful way to start the day.

I had never tried Yogi tea before (believe it or not), but I came across it and loved its packaging, so I had to try it. I was very interested in this tea also becuase of how many different blends there are. They have a blend for everything, which I think is wonderful. I get pretty sluggish and stressed at work around 2:30 or 3:00. I brought me tea to work and made myself a cup around that time. The quote on the tea bag cheered me up before I even had a sip. The taste was delicious and I became very focused and energized. I work in healthcare and I'm also very holistic, so now when I see someone groggy at work, I pass them a bag of this tea and it perks them right up!!
