First one I got didn't work. But the replacement works like gang busters! You have to put the made ice in a freezer because it doesn't keep it frozen. All in all though, it's great.

We got this for our campsite, and it's perfect. We have 3 campers using ice out of it daily in the summer and it's kept us plenty of ice! Very impressed with this machine 10 out of 10 recommend!

I thought, when I bought this, I also purchased the extended warranty. It didn’t even last a year. Worked fine for about 8 months. Then started displaying an error code, which means it leaked out refrigerant. Which is the highly flammable stuff. I cannot recommend anyone purchase this. $500 doesn’t grow on trees.

the ice maker worded fine untill the motor that put the water over the avaperator went out, its only been working less than a month. Now they want a video of what its doing to figure out how to fix it. Not a good thing when your using it for business. They have finally contacted me an are going to make it right for me. Told me what they thought was wrong an will refund my money, Thank you.

This little machine has been a great addition to our shop! We haven’t run out of ice once since we purchased it in May 2021. The reason I gave it 3 stars for easy to use was because the instructions are in broken English. Also there aren’t a lot of them to explain everything. But other than that we have been happy with it. It truly worth it! Amazon delivered it right to my door at no extra charge.

Perfect little machine. Keeps my cooler going with ice to spare. The melt off is alot less then I expected. I have a 5 gal home depot bucket in the basement that I empty every 3 days. This machine paid for itself already, plus not having to lug bags of ice home.

Yesterday I got the delivery and installed at our business. It looks working good.But I can't find any contact point of customer service of the seller.And manual doesn't match with the products.I hope to get the manual equivalent to the product.And customer service contact point too.

This machine cranks out the ice. Storage area is fairly insulated, ice does not melt to quickly. Very quite, easy to set up/install.
