I really wanted to like it. The story was too slow and boring; I am struggling to finish it. You feel like your reading a lot of irrelevant pages like you just want the story to unravel already. You also don’t feel connected to the main character. I wouldn’t recommend... I received the book in good condition like the picture.

What I liked:This book is so beautifully written, the writing is poetic and image driven and that was really lovely to read. Being a non-fantasy reader trying to get into more fantasy books, this was the perfect start at doing so and I recommend this book to anyone who is trying to get into fantasy books because it is an amazing way to start. Henry oh Henry you are the sweetest person ever and Addie is just someone I want to protect ✨What I didn’t like:This book was so slow to get into, I personally found. Also it took a lot of concentration especially when I’m not personally used to reading fantasy. Other than that the book is honestly beautiful and definitely worth the hype✨
