Are these mens or womens boots?

I’ve purchased a pair of brown Landons and a black pair. The sizing was men’s size. They were found in men’s boots when I bought my brown pair directly from Harley Davidson many years ago.

Do these come with insoles?

Yes they do, I replaced the insoles with gel insoles for more comfort.
