Q: I'm shopping for a 5' 2" elderly man. What is the measurement from seat to floor?

Hi, it is 18.5 inches, very well structured and firm but comfortable seat. He can easily use the chair arms to push himself up. I am 5’4” :-)

Q: I received this chair but it came with only 3 washers for the legs instead of 4. How do I get another washer sent to me?

Take one of the washers to Home Depot, they can match it for you.

Q: Can the cushion be removed?

The seat can come off. The cover unzips, the cushion is a solid piece of foam covered by another zip-up protectant cover. There's Velcro on the underneath of the cushion and on the bottom of the chair to keep the cushion from slipping.
