This product was disappointing. It was not silver, it was wood and they asked what kind of ribbon I wanted and it was a cheap piece for wrapping gifts.

This is such a cute, quality ornament. I would like to say that the person who makes these gives great customer service. When I first received my ornament, there was a small spelling error. I contacted them and they answered within an hour and said they would get a new ornament out within a day. The replacement arrived in just a couple days and the person I gifted it to was thrilled. I would definitely recommend this seller and the cute ornament.

We got the metal with wood backing. They are beautiful and I can't wait to hang them on the tree! We got 3 as memorials and 2 for our current fur babies. Love the color choices so they are all unique to each dog.

I’ve been buying dog ornaments for 30 years and this is THE best. The laser cut wood is beautifully done as well as the application of the name, color, size. It is off the charts in my opinion.
