They are adjustable. They are supposed to fit a few different sizes. I did order these but, sent them back. I don't think they adjust well. I wear a 4. I tried to adjust the size smaller for my finger and it started to bend, so if you wear a bigger size it may work for you but, not if you wear anything smaller than a 5 maybe..
