I have always had good results with NOW brands and usually a good price. I've used this product when I would get really ill with asthma and allergies. It pulled me out of serious "colds/flu" many times. Not a cure, but very helpful. I stopped using it for many years as I stopped being so ill, but Juniper allergies has me using it again. I recommend you ask a clinical nutritionist, or other wellness professional for advise in your particular situation as you may not have the same results I have with it. I am a 58 year old night-shift nurse battling to keep my mood up and my mental alertness sharp. I have experimented with other supplements with limited success. But phenylalanine is remarkable. Since taking phenylalanine I have noticed a positive shift in my mood, my outlook on life, and my general sense of well-being.
