Easy to remove
Easy to remove cake with the butter and flour method. I only read that it was 40x24 but the base was actually smaller. My fault for not reading properly but I was very dissatisfied because the cake is now far too small for my cake board and I am unable to send it back as I need it and do not have the time to get another
