I have used this products for years, using it whenever I wanted help with muscle cramps from being on my feet all day, and from exercising. My purchase choice was always 6 pack or 8 pack, various flavors. I use 1/2 of a packet in a 500ml bottle of water which creates a nice flavored water taste while providing the electrolyte balance I need. The price has steadily been increasing over the years which prompted me to take a chance on buying the 100 count size. I thoroughly searched the product information for the one detail that was omitted, the expiration date, and it wasn't listed anywhere. I took a chance and sure enough, my suspicion was correct. 100 packets expiring on July 1, 2026. I'm debating on returning this purchase since this is not a product I use everyday. However, I do use a couple of packets weekly on average so I may keep it. I just felt that this information should have been stated somewhere in the product information. This is still a great product and I would highly recommend it for anyone who can use this many within a 6 month window. I prefer the orange flavor and the price is unbeatable for the 100 size box.

I find these very convenient to take with me when I travel and do seem to help me recover from dehydration quite quickly.

really tasty, super easy to use and keep with me, I felt so much better drinking this while I was sick and recovering than I did with any of the other sports drinks I keep around.

This is very flavourful. My kids love it for hydration and whenever they are low on electrolytes. Does the jobe well.
