This was bought for a trip away where I needed the heat for my back but could not take a bulky electric blanket. Have used it also when sitting in my chair to ease my back especially useful to me as a disabled person, though you may wish to wrap a soft towel round it as with my very painful back I can feel the wires the towel worked. Long enough lead, heats up jolly fast! Highly recommended.

it’s brilliant for pains and aches! really soothes me and especially when it’s cold at night on your feet! cannot wait to use it in the winter. only thing i will say is i don’t know if it’s just mine but mine will get really hot and stay hot for about 10 mins and then will go back cold and stay cold and i have to turn it off and turn it back on for it to go hot again. very strange
