Brooks England Cambium Rubber Bar Tape, Black

Easy to wrap and fix, although I struggled getting it to catch with the plugs at the ends but I just swapped back to my original ones and all worked fine. Looks great and is really comfy with good grip.

The bar tape more closely resembles the cheap foam tape rather than the cambrium material that some Brooks saddles are made of.

Second time buying this for another bike. Sold the bike i had installed them on. Missed them that much. Looks and feels great. Also I’ve switched all my brooks leather gear out to canvas and weather proof rubber (after going vegan 3 years ago). So there’s that.

The feel of the material is decent, but for the price, you'd expect more quality. The ridges of the strips are hard, making it difficult to get the material flat on the bars. It makes for a less than seamless look. I would not recommend this product.

3mm thick, w/ foam backing and center adhesive strip. Wrapped easily, stretches well to give a nice grippy rubber finish. Great quality end plugs. Didn't use the cloth finish tape - 3M 33+ electrical tape works better (this is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars). Looks/feels to be highly durable, but we'll see as time goes on.
