Used it on my symmons shower valve. Took out the frozen seat no problem Just make sure you give its a couple good hits with a hammer before twisting you frozen part out. This helps to dig the extractor into the brass.

This is the toll that I use to removed a broken pipe
It was the perfect toll for the job and I personal recommend if you have a broken pipe inside of a 5/8 pipe
