Great for my athletes to help keep them form together

These work just as good as the more expensive set. They keep the arms in an L shape and forces the runner to keep great form.

The straps work but they slide off if the athlete is sweaty or has on long sleeve shirt. It does help keep their arms at 90 degrees. It worked really well for the girls that I was teaching how to hurdle. They did not know what to do with their arms.

Easy to use. Makes a great side station for class

This was a great buy, it helped my daughter with her form.
