I make icing for cakes a lot and I normally use Wilton's 'Red Red' Gel Paste Coloring but I would have to use several containers to get the icing to an actual red color. So I tried Duff Goldman's Red Gel Paste Coloring and I would use a whole container of that as well. Which Duff's you can only buy in Multi Color 4 Packs for $7.99 and they are about 1oz. bottles. So I started looking for something different and came across Americolor. I bought 2 of the Americolor Red Red Soft Gel Paste 13.5oz Colorings. They shipped fairly quick and I was so happy with the amount of coloring I got for $20! And to top it off I don't have to use a ton to get a great red color! Since buying my 2 bottles of Americolor Red Red, I have bought Americolor Super Black, Leaf Green, Royal Blue, Navy Blue and Orange. I just received the orange today! So far I'm loving Americolor's products!

First food coloring I got from local grocery store. Made the cake for tasting and bride to be got sick. Figured it was from the red die. Went online found this. Needed more than the two ounce size for the wedding cake. Made another cake, everything the same except for the food color. This time it was perfect! No sick bride to be! Success. I've been told my red velvet cakes are the best but I can't speak on it personally because I don't eat it. My customers loves it

I just made a Red Velvet cake with this Red Red food coloring, and can tell with vonfidence that the quality of the coloring is amazing. You get true bright red color, that doesn’t go away while baking (with some colorings a cake gets lighter).Excellent product and price. Would definitely buy again.
