are thease high output?

Yes. 4' High output t5 bulbs are the 54w bulbs. Very high output (VHO) are the 95w versions while the standard is 28w for 4' bulbs.

I see a lot of complaints here about only receiving 1 bulb when the ad clearly states 4 bulbs. Has this problem been resolved?

I got screwed and was only sent one bulb after paying for four, but that was back in June of 2014. It should never have been a problem in the first place if they knew what they were doing.

I bought these to replace a bulb in a fixture made by another company. These bulbs have a definite green cast to them. Why is that?

Green cast? They shouldn't, as they are 6400K color temperature. You might want to discuss the possibility of replacing them with our Returns department. They can be reached at (800) 634-9990 ext 110.
