I have never tried it with All-in-One flat panels but on regular 27" (mostly HP flat screens below 15 lbs. each) , these work.

Q: How long is the wall mount arm?

The maximum height is 16 inches.

Q: can u use this with a curved ultrawide 30"

Depends. If you look up the specs for the specific model, it should say what size Vesa mount it has. Then check the mount to see if it matches. Some monitors have no Vesa mount patterns at all and must use the included stand..

It fits monitors up to 27”, and holds up to 14.3lbs per arm.
